  Ribbon sandwiches with:
       - Poached chicken breast with roasted walnuts, celery, house-made
         mayonnaise and watercress
v      - Roasted capsicum, eggplant, ricotta and baby spinach 
       - Ham, Watsonia cheddar, tomato and capsicum relish
     - Smoked salmon with horseradish cream, capers, red onion and
       cucumber
   
  Assorted nori rolls of raw tuna, raw salmon, cucumber, red capsicum, avocado. Served with a soy and mirin dipping sauce

Terms and Conditions

Confirmation of menus and guest numbers

Final menu needs to be confirmed seven days prior to the function. Guest numbers need to be confirmed four working days prior to the function, after that De’lish cannot accept a decrease in numbers but will accommodate small increases where possible.

For orders over $500.00 we require a 25% non refundable deposit.

Payment & Conditions

We require full payment for your function four working days before the function. Payment can be made by cash, Mastercard or Visa, EFT.

Cancellation Fee

Functions cancelled with more than four working days notice incur the loss of the deposit. Functions cancelled with less than four working days notice are charged at the full rate.

Substitutions

Any substitutions required for any of the listed items will be of equal or greater value.

GST

All our prices are inclusive of GST.
Prices & seasonal produce subject to change without notice.

De’lish respects your privacy. All information given is treated as highly confidential & is not sold or swapped with any other organisation.
